I read something about a DAR group in Oceana County. I am not aware of MC having a chapter, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.
So many have no clue of DAR's existence or what DAR even stands for.

Any of you know of a genealogy group around here? I know that Oceana County has meetings monthly and I believe it is a DAR group? Maybe we should think about it for Mason County?
I know that there is the Genealogical Society from White Pine Village but I don't think they have meetings etc. for genealogical or just the WPV stuff?
